The building amendment act 2013 will be coming into play in the New Year but did you all know it affects you as plumbers as much as it does the builders when it comes to dealing with client any works over $30k will require a contract with certain information included you will also have to declare a whole series of information about the company etc  I would suggest you have a look at this as many will not know about it.
