Uploaded it for you, just click on  "Additional Options..." to add pictures. That's a very nasty looking cylinder mate! love the Map  :D!

Not the first one i have like this.
Had a couple that were damaged before they were encased and lagged. One leaked after about seven or eight years. Tey owners said we "must" have damaged when we changed an element and it started to leak a couple of weeks afterwards. Unfortunatly never got paid for the job as the owner died before we went to snmall claims. Then of course it was my fault he died because of the stress i created on him.

So much for quality control in a modern age. This makes you wonder how many faulty cylinders are sold to the public.

How about this.
They take a gas mains cylinder off the line for quality inspection (random) before it gets to the 'base welding on' robot.. Fools put it back on the line AFTER the 'base welding on' robot.
I go to it a month after its installed. Naturally there is a huge mess and some explaining to do from the manufacturer, but all sorted, they were able to trace back to that inspection on that day. Confirmed not robot, but human error.
