Question A.

1) The positions of any sewers the pass through the property

2) Easements that allow access for maintenance.

3) Boundaries, drainage, stormwater, inspection points and levels

1) Fixtures
2) Terminal Vent
3) Gully Traps
4) Gradient and pipe Size

C)

D)

1) Scale is expressed as a ratio, for example one-to-two (1:2) so 1:100 10mm=1 meter or 1mm=100mm and so on...

2) 1:60 Fall is for example 1meter fall every 60 meters or divide 100 by 60 and you could express it as 1.66% fall every meter.

3) The height of a pointabove or below a selected datum from which the gradient of a drain is found.

4) The lowest part of the internal surface of a pipe or channel at any given cross section or reference.
