A Good Spin where Peter Jackson says all is good.

Final consultation on Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying qualifications from The Skills Organisation Make sure you have your say or we are stuck with it.

Where's my bloody invoice -  Do you get one?

Who's waiting on whom? Are the government agencies waiting on each other?

Letters to the Editor from a number of people

?

One key change in Level 4 trade qualifications is the inclusion of the PGD Board examination into the qualifications. This embedding will mean that the Board’s requirements for competency will be met within the qualification rather than being additional to and after it.

So if you do their new system of tickets..........is it the end of CPD?......wouldn't that put us straight back to where we were 30 years ago, where it was enough to do your "time" and be qualified (all be it with another raft of exams, probably un passable, unless your in the know).
You can't choose who you are.....but you are the sum of your choices.......

Yes Badger it does put us back where when you qualified you could register - and it means the cost of exams in within the apprenticeship rather than on top of it, and the support for studying for the exams also has to be covered.  It won't unfortunately see the end of the CPD shit.
Have you learned lessons only of those who admired you, and were tender with you, and stood aside for you?  Have you not learned great lessons from those who braced themselves against you, and disputed the passage with you?  (Walt Whitman 1819-1891)  American Poet
