Last week our article on "Mistrust" set off a “Blast from the Past” where an article, written in another time, surfaced and reminded us what happens when organisations disconnect and the rot of mistrust sets in.

The Federation doesn't apologise for being the way it is because when you stand in bullshit the smell doesn't go away -  you just get used to it and we don't want to used to it -  we want it gone.
