Fellow Practitioner Issue 317 Dated 16 September 2016

Do you have too much money in your wallet from doing cashies? If this is a problem for you then you are taking some huge risks and doing harm to the plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying industry.

Yet again we are asking for your ideas as it is your industry. The problem is our industry isn’t taking on enough apprentices - so what can we do to change this?

Poor Training? Don’t accept the scraps chucked at you like a stray dog – stand up for the real meal of good training. If it means you go elsewhere then do it.
