The CEO/Registrar had this to say to one of our supporters

"There are over 500,000 paper certificates that have been recorded electronically on the database. Unfortunately, transferring such large amounts of handwritten data to an electronic system makes it almost inevitable that there will have been some errors in the data transfer. However, a review of a random sample of the electronic records does not indicate that it is a common problem."

Well why dont we just apply this theroy to plumbing Mr so called CEO...

There are over 1,000,000(not sure of real number) plumbing jobs done in NZ done each year, Unfortunately doing such large amounts of jobs by HAND and transferring such large amounts of  knowledge from our electronic brain to our psyical hand makes it almost inevitable that there will have been some errors in the data transfer. However, a review of a random sample of prosecution records does not indicate that it is a COMMON problem." And in saying that there is NO PROVEN REASON TO IMPOSE FORCED CPD ON US!!!!!!!!!!!.

We are every bit as much a human as you and we do not like being persecuted by a dictatorship such as you control.

You make mistakes from time to time otherwise you would not be a human being just being human!...And in saying that you must realise that we are just all trying to make a living here and feed our families NOT your bloody mates!...and Mr CEO when you start taking too much money out of my families mouth for no good reason i will not tolerate it...

Instead of trying to hit us professional(time proven)plumbers how about you go to your local plumbing merchants and ask each person who walks out side with a length of pvc pipe and fittings and gas fittings etc etc  in there hand if they have a license and at least a third of em wont have a license and they fully intend to do diy work....THESE are the people that you should be informing of the risks of doing shit that they know shit about because they will end up shit creek...in more ways than one!.
These are the ones that you should be targeting these people know just enough to be a danger to themselfs  and those around them...and yet you persist on focusing your wrath on PROFFESIONAL(time proven, unit standard proven) people that on large ACTUALLY know what shit there doing. Yes on occasion we professionals do make mistakes and tactical errors but this only shows that we are human as well...Even doctors, police persons and highly trained board members make mistakes...but on the whole were pretty damb good at what we do and we do not deserve this persistent persecution by you folks at the board.

You MUST focus your gaze in the right area...in order to protect the public FIRST you MUST protect the public from themselves...its no good shooting the ones(plumbers) that actually have a good idea on what there doing its better to crush the ones(the public) that have no idea what there doing giving the rest of them(the public) the knowledge that they should use compentant licensed trades men.

On a lighter note..."How can you have a disclaimer on a legal document, its not a bloody infomercial, “results may vary” or “batteries not included”.
DISCLAIMER: The board as they appear here are not necessarily an accurate reflection of competence. For this reason, should you wish to obtain any sense please contact someone else."

ROFLMAOOOOOOOOOO  :P ;D :o :D :P :o ;) ;D :D :D :D
