I have consultation fatigue.  My biggest frustration is that they don't ask the questions I want to answer!!  A very interesting newsletter this week Wal - the $64 million dollar question is - will it be the builders or the plumbers, gasfitters and drainlayers that eventually are the one's getting shafted.  My money is on the builders - they are starting off soft with them because they are fairly large in number and let's face it Master Builders has a high profile and manages to get itself on the news when it is not happy about something.  Eventually I believe they will be sucked into upskilling through mandatory courses, fees for prosecuting unregistered people etc...  Perhaps plumbers, gasfitters and drainlayers are the crash test dummies for tradespeople everywhere?

ITS amazing how CHILDISH these so called heads of board can be at times it surprises me that a so called educated ADULT could resort to such cheap shots as this..."Unfortunately, a lot of the Board’s time is being taken up dealing with the destructive behaviour of a small number of people within our industry……probably only three people in reality. "

Its funny how these idiots(and i use the word idiots because that is the only word that truley reflects these idiotic decisions that they make)...can come to power and spout all the crap like what the OAG reported on and how things were going to change AND THAT THEY WERE GOING TO WORK ON CULTIVATING A FEELING OF TRUST BETWEEN THE BOARD AND THE REAL WORKERS....To you MR Bickers i say what a complete f****in load of shit!!!...You disgust me with your actions...A man of your AGE SHOULD KNOW BETTER!!!   you have been give an oportunity to unite the board and the industry and yet all you have been able to do is drive a greater division between your dictoral board and the people who pay your bloody wage...AND IM GETTING SICK OF IT...I was raised old school mr bickers where a mans word meant something and i would have expected more of some one of your age and understanding but you word means shit in my eyes sir!...Im am sick of seeing these ridgid old pricks with no real vision of the future pandering to there master-bating buddies and running the show.

I ask you mr bickers WHERE IS THIS FAITH AND TRUST YOUR MEANT TO BE PROMOTING?????? load of complete rubbish!

You never heard of Mahatma Gandhi yea that ONE voice that represented the views of over 1 billion inderviduals...you never heard of Mr Key who represents around 4 million people...you never heard of obama who represents over 150 million people
ARE YOU too drop kick, brain f**ked to realise that these 3 inderviduals you speak of REPRESENT over 700 trades people when they speak and those trades people at the moment are in no way confident that your f**kstick actions are going to produce and upkeep a real compentant trades man...And when you slag them you SLAG ME!!! and i aint going to take it lying down!.
AND 700 yes SEVEN HUNDRED IS NOT A SMALL NUMBER OF PEOPLE WITHIN THE INDUSTRY...How friken dare you call it OUR industry it is NOT your industry YOU dont work on the tools do you??? you dont own a plumbing/gas/drainlaying bussiness??? do you??? so how the frik could you ever call our industry a part of your industry all you do is oversee a bunch of out of date dipshits that decide how much money there going to try to fleece from me you dont provide ANY< ANY health and saftey to the public...I DO!!!....I dont give a buck about what your trying to sell us i dont friken need to know what a dux or aqualine trap is all i need is THE STANDARDS(my work bible!) and all i need to friken know about any friken trap is that the correct amount if water seal is maintained as per CODE instructions!!!...
Take your cpd and put it where the sun dont shine buddy ive got more compentance in my little finger than you have in your whole body sir and i bloody well bet you i could jump into your chair and bloody well do a better job than you have so far!

Good day to you Sir.

yea i get a little passionate and over the top at times but only because i give a damb and my crass language comes from the heart and i ment every word of it!...what a cheap, nasty, guttless behind the doors shot from someone who is in a position of power and is old enough to know better!.
When i say something i dont like to dilly dally....i dont like to shot around the bush...i believe if you got something to say you say it and you say it to the party concerned!.

Looking at it i could have held back on a few expletives and a few heinkens while posting but its too late now isnt it, and i never like to cry over spilt milk anyways...i will try to refrain myself next time lol.

Yeah mate - you never need to apologise - you speak with passion and I always thoroughly enjoy reading it.  I could tell that this subject had really got you wound up - and I just had a wee smile when I reflected on your handle on the forum and thought it was well suited!!  ;)
