« on: April 23, 2009, 10:33:29 PM »
The Chief Inspector of Dangerous Goods has discretionary powers of approval for many aspects of the use of cylinders. The current approvals are summarised in this guide, which has been prepared for the assistance and guidance of persons and organisations involved in any way with compressed gas cylinders. This guide MUST be read in conjunction with the Dangerous Goods Act 1974, the Dangerous Goods (Labelling) Regulations 1978, and the Dangerous Goods (Class 2 - Gases) Regulations 1980 and Amendments.
