Don't Give Up
« on: December 22, 2010, 06:23:48 AM »
Hi everyone

I've been watching the comments and contact about the Board over the last month or so and noticed it has been dropping.  Don't give up guys -we all have to keep up our presence or the industry will slip back into days of old where we accepted what we are given and that's exactly what the Board wants.

One of the things the Board can't take away from us is our freedom of speech. Up until now we have all been moaning about their actions so perhaps if they can't lead then perhaps we should and start coming up with rtesolutions to all the problems. Resolutions that work - ones that we want not ones that are imposed on us.

I'm sure in the new year organisations such as the Federation will be stepping up the pressure. I know plans are being drafted to hit the streets if there is not change soon. Remember it is an election year, a year to get action and promises

From everyone at the Federation we wish you all a happy and safe festive season.

Kind regards

Wal

By now most of you would have seen the Board's and Governments latest little scam to get $2,039,325.00.  The Board and Minister have colluded to take this money from us knowing full well the Regulations Review Committee has recommended the regulations be disallowed.

Bloody disgraceful behaviour. So much for honesty, transparency and integrity. All of you out there need to get everyone in the industry involved. If you sit back you can expect this shit for another ten years.

Get involved and have your say.
