Plumber/Pipefitters will be required in the installation of pipes for various mechanical requirements such as water (hot/cold), drainage, sewerage, heating, cooling, ventilation systems, gas and fire protection.

Skill Requirements:
    Sound knowledge of all plumbing internal plumbing systems.
    Ability to work with different types of piping and the different processes to fit these pipes.
    Installation experience of water (hot/cold), drainage, sewerage, heating, cooling, ventilation systems, gas and fire protection.
    Knowledge of reading and designing plumbing layout plans for all water/sanitary/waste fixtures.
    Ability to install piping for both overhead and underground.
    Experience in installation of all type of fixtures (Gas, sanitary, regulating devices).
    Fabricating experience preferred.
Years of experience Required in the position:
    Minimum of 3 years' experience

Yep just don't forget that you have to make the tea as well and take full responsibility for the materials installed etc yada yada.
 I think that $25 an hour is a bit generous.
