So.......is this the same Mr Hardy who was ignorant of the British standard at my hearing even though he was the only certifying gasfitter on my panel for the kangaroo court, and with him being the only Brit too?

The same kangaroo court that still hasn't held anyone accountable for a near fatal explosion, which let the person who all the evidence pointed to, to face a charge for the explosion, then have this charge disappear with no hearing.

The same hearing that ignored, mis-represented and withheld evidence?

Because if it is the same guy, how can he publically make such hypocritical bullshit in an official publication?
