Hi, I want to buy this cylinder but need to know if my wet back can be hooked up to it. The year of manufacture is 7/3/2011 but was only installed within the last 12 months. H J Cooper Duplex Stainless Steel hot water cylinder. 180 L Capacity , 2304 LPSS180.

If the ports are horizontal next to each other natural thermal movement is not effective and will possibly not work at all. Port size should be 25mm and cylinder should have a suitable wetback coil. If the cylinder does not say its wetback suitable then its not. 180l is also in my opinion too small.
