Annual Board Report and Prosecutions
« on: September 17, 2011, 11:14:34 AM »
I have read last years report and note that a certifying gasfitter admitted signing more than 500 certificates yet there does not appear to be any record of prosecution regarding this or indeed of the person or persons who received the certificates and illegally (presumably) did the gaswork. Any updates on this topic? I'm sure there must be some interest in this as the investigation and audit costs etc must surely have impacted on our fees.

Very good point and you can apply under the freedom of information to ask the Board directly.
You can't choose who you are.....but you are the sum of your choices.......
