This is just another part of the governance of our industry which has gone wrong and needs a good look at.  It's no wonder the apprentices claim to be getting poor training. 

It seems everyones answer is to push people through partly trained and then get them to catch up after they finish their apprenticeship by way of Continued Professional Development which they will have to pay for and which lines the pockets of the training providers who should have provided the training in the first place. Nothing like paying twice for the same thing.
